Phi Design Lab
Essentia’s design was born from a desire to make the most of the exterior spaces on a yacht, creating staggered levels to provide convivial areas that are dynamic and not monotonous.

Its exterior lines take inspiration from how sand is modeled by waves on the seashore, forming irregular crests which soften until they merge into subtler shapes. The surfaces of the superstructure, which are very decisive and marked at the bow, connect towards the stern to create sinuous and simple shapes.

Essentia is the key to understanding. The freedom I had in realizing this concept pushed me to express the inherent style values of Phi Design Lab.

I established Phi Design Lab to create a young design studio focused on innovative ideas that

I find inspiration everywhere, mostly in nature and its expressions. I often find myself developing ideas without a particular project to carry out; simply trying, as a mental exercise, to rework forms or functions that I find in the natural elements surrounding me.

In the historical period we are living in, I believe it is essential to create timeless objects that do not simply follow trends but aim to become iconic. To me, these are the foundations for responsible design.
