In 2004, Oceanco clearly veered into a new direction with designs of yachts based on 75m to 85m platforms. That year, Oceanco dubbed its newest project Y-701, which launched as Amevi in 2007. Earlier this year, Oceanco delivered Y-704, Vibrant Curiosity. At the time of our visit, the 85.5m Y-705, due to launch at the end of the year, and the 86m Y-706 (delivery in 2010) were both inside the modern assembly halls of Oceanco’s secured Ablasserdam facility, which was expanded with the 2008 acquisition of a nearby tract of land.
È stato consegnato di recente il megayacht di 85,47 metri di Oceanco, caratterizzato da un baglio di 14,2 metri e con un design (esterno e interno) studiato da Nuvolari & Lenard.
Oceanco is now considered the gold standard of superyacht builders. Its award-winning vessels are known around the world for their elegant beauty and luxurious features.
splendid newmegayacht with amodern, contemporary look featuring elegant forms and dynamic styling. Unique and sensational, she’s stunning in appearance. Amarvelous feat of technology, and a pleasure to admire with her impressive, harmonious styling, she flaunts her pure beauty with rare, sculptural virtuosity.
The salient feature of this 75-metre masterpiece from Dutch superyacht builder Oceanco is the huge space given to watersports toys on the main deck – so much so that Sam Sorgiovanni, the Australian designer responsible for both the interiors and exteriors, had to start with the lower decks.
A very classy ship, young and sporty appeal.Hence, as if to disturb the fine balance of warm and relaxing interiors marking a refi ned and cultured design, surprises of the sort you would expect in a James Bond fi lm to ‘pounce’ unexpectedly.
